Cancellations

Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before your session. Cancellations inside 12 hours are charged at 50% of the fee.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 working days.

If your professional cancels, you may choose a full refund or a free replacement session.

If you do not feel a connection with your professional, re-matching is free and unlimited.
